Product Availability
Not all Yoropen product series are available in this online store. We’ll try to provide a more complete Yoropen product section in the near future.
If the product you’ve ordered online is out of stock, we’ll notify you by e-mail or by phone then we’ll make special arrangement to fulfill the order.

Cost Calculation
After you done shopping and proceed to check out, the system will automatically calculate the dollar amount of purchase then add the shipping cost.

Shipping
1. Shipping Rate: Shipping rate will be based on the country of delivery
Asia countries.
2. Delivery Time: Please allow 14 business days of delivery time.
3. We do not ship to a PO Box.
4. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.
5. If you need a rush delivery please contact us via email, we will make an arrangement for you.

Return policy: We accept return and exchange under the below conditions:
1. Product is not correctly sent according to the order made online.
2. Major defect on the product.
3. The Product is directly purchased from Yoropencorp.com.sg’s online store.
The product must be within 30 days after its order can be eligible for return for refund.

Repair policy:
1. For self-replaceable parts broken or missing, we can send you replacement parts upon request. If the product is still within its warranty period, we can send replacement parts to replace broken, defective or damaged parts free of charge and free shipping within Singapore . We do charge for the cost of replacement parts and shipping if it’s to replace missing parts.
2. For non self-replaceable parts or damage on the product, please send it or mail it to the
Yoropen Service Center at Block 217 Henderson Road, #03-08 Singapore 159555. If the product is still in its warranty limit and it’s deem to be a defect, we’ll repair the product with no charge. We’ll repair the product with necessary cost if the damage is by the user. Product returns mail by postal system or courier services must be in protective packaging, we suggest you return the original packaging.

Refund policy:
If the product is to be return for refund, we will NOT refund the shipping cost.
Items that are not returnable or refundable:
1. Used ink refill.
2. Used pencil refill.
3. Any other used product.

We’ll notify you once we are processing your refund after we received your returned item.
It takes 5 to 14 business days for us to process the returns once they arrived in the
Yoropen Service Center.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All payments and transactions at Yoropen Online Store are handled by Pay-pal.
We DO NOT keep your credit card number in our database.
